Django (registered in Israel as דג׳אנגו עובדים זרים לבניין בע״מ, "the Company") respects the privacy of everyone who visits django.co.il ("the Site"). The Company complies with Israel's Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment No. 13, and the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017.

This policy explains what information the Site collects, why, where it is kept and what rights you have. If it differs from the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version prevails.

2. Who is responsible for the information

Database controller: Django (דג׳אנגו עובדים זרים לבניין בע״מ), 13 Menachem Begin Road, Icon Tower, Ramat Gan, Israel.

3. What we collect

4. You are not legally required to provide information

You are under no legal obligation to give us any information. Filling in the form is entirely up to you. Without your details we cannot reply to an enquiry sent through the Site, but you can always call us directly.

5. How we use the information

We will not send you advertising without your explicit, separate consent, as required by section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982.

6. Where the information is kept and who receives it

Some of these providers have servers outside Israel, including in the United States. Such transfers follow the Protection of Privacy (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001.

The Company does not sell, rent or trade your information. Beyond these providers, it will be shared only when required by law, court order or a competent authority, or to protect the Company's rights in legal proceedings.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, your message goes through WhatsApp, a Meta service, under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Cookies and analytics

The Site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. The hosting provider may count visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you. If we ever add analytics or advertising tools, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

8. Data security

We take reasonable, accepted measures to protect the information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and permissions. No system can be fully protected against intrusion. In the event of a serious security incident we will act as the law requires, including reporting to the Privacy Protection Authority where needed.

9. How long we keep it

An enquiry sent through the Site is kept in the Site's storage for 24 months and then deleted automatically. The email sent to the team stays in the Company's mailbox for as long as it is needed to handle the enquiry and the business relationship, or for as long as the law requires. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

10. Your rights

To exercise these rights, write to Nataly@django.co.il or call +972 77-744-1155. We reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority.

11. Minors

The Site is meant for contractors, developers and business owners, not for anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

The Company may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page, and the current version is the binding one.
